Hi! Welcome to Karen’s Kitchen! I’m Karen and I’m a self-trained, passionate baker! In 2019, I began my baking business! I bake only with organic einkorn flour. What is einkorn? It is original wheat – the “mother” of all wheat. But einkorn has never been hybridized, unlike today’s wheat. So, if you’re gluten-sensitive like I am, you can eat einkorn! If you’re vegan, I also bake vegan cupcakes and layer cakes. Let me bake up something scrumptious for you!
